The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has issued important instructions for all PSRP-1 partner schools regarding the School Clustering for Quality Assurance Test (QAT).
According to the official message dated 06 March 2026, the School Clustering process will be implemented from 09 March 2026 for the upcoming QAT monitoring activities conducted by PEF.
All school administrations are directed to carefully follow the instructions below to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.
Key Instructions for Schools

Check QAT Schedule
Schools must log in to the SIS Portal to check the QAT schedule and prepare accordingly. -
Inform Parents and Teachers
Parents, teachers, and staff must be informed in advance regarding the QAT schedule so that student attendance is ensured. -
Student Seating Arrangement
Proper seating arrangements must be ensured in classrooms during QAT monitoring. -
School Functionality
Schools must remain fully operational during official school hours when QAT monitoring is conducted. -
Attendance Requirement
If a school is found closed during the QAT visit, strict action may be taken against the concerned partner school. -
Full Cooperation with QAT Teams
Schools must provide complete cooperation with QAT monitoring teams. -
Compliance with Earlier Notification
Schools must also follow the instructions already issued by PEF under notification PEF/QAI/ADU/2026/276 dated 19 February 2026.
