The Government of Punjab has officially opened the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme – Phase II to promote digital learning and support deserving students across the province.
Eligible students are advised to complete their online application on or before 15 February 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

Must possess a domicile of any district of Punjab

Must be enrolled in:

1st or 2nd semester of BS in any Public University / College or selected private universities
-
Public Medical & Dental Colleges / Universities (1st Professional – Academic Session 2025 onward)
-
1st or 2nd semester of BS Nursing in Public Sector Nursing Colleges (Academic Session 2025 onward)

DVM students of Public Sector Universities / Colleges
-
Minimum Academic Requirement

Public Sector Universities / Colleges: 65% Marks in Intermediate

Medical & Dental Colleges / Universities: 80% Marks

DVM Students: 75% Marks
-
Nursing Colleges / Universities: 65% Marks
Important Note:
Students who have already received a laptop under any previous government laptop scheme are not eligible.
