PEIMA is an autonomous body established under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, working to improve the quality of education for children across Punjab.
Applications are invited for various senior management and professional positions on a contract basis with lump-sum monthly salary packages.

Qualification
Minimum 16 years of education in:
- Business Administration
- HRM
- Public Administration (MPA)
- Social Sciences
- Arts & Humanities
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university.
Preference will be given to candidates having M.Phil./PhD in the relevant field.
Experience
At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years at a senior level in a medium or large-sized organization.
Experience in HR policies, service rules, disciplinary frameworks, organizational restructuring, workforce planning, compliance, performance management and administrative operations will be preferred.

6. Assistant Director (Training & OAT)

Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil./PhD qualification.
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Relevant experience may include:
- Organizing training workshops and events
- Maintaining training attendance and records
- Training databases
- Developing training material
- Compiling training data and reports

Any application submitted without valid proof of deposit will be rejected. - Applications received after the closing date, incomplete applications, or applications without the required information/documents shall not be entertained.
- Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Organizations shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.
- Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for written test and/or interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.
