The School Education Department, Government of Punjab, has officially announced summer vacations for all public and private schools across Punjab. According to the official notification dated 11th May 2026, summer vacations will begin from 22 May 2026 and continue till 23 August 2026. All educational institutions will reopen on 24 August 2026 (Monday).
The notification has been issued after approval from the competent authority, directing all District Education Authorities (DEAs) and concerned officials to ensure strict compliance across the province.
Parents, students, teachers, and school administrations are advised to follow the official schedule and remain updated through authorized education department channels.
