Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has officially approved the revised Promotion & Extension Criteria for private schools in its 24th Meeting held on 24th December 2024.
The revised criteria aims to ensure quality education, improved infrastructure, and better learning outcomes through a transparent evaluation system.

School Categories Based on Accumulated Score:
-
80–100: Excellent
Appreciation Certificate with 3 Years Extension -
70–79: Very Good
3 Years Extension -
60–69: Good
Improvement Targets with 3 Years Extension -
50–59: Satisfactory
Improvement Targets with 1 Year Extension -
Below 50: Fail
No Extension
All concerned schools are advised to review the revised criteria carefully and ensure compliance for promotion and license extension.
