Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has issued an important circular to all partner schools regarding the improvement of school cleanliness, environment, and overall maintenance standards.
In order to ensure a healthy and conducive learning environment for students, all school administrations are directed to strictly follow the guidelines mentioned below:

- All unwanted weeds (Weeds) must be removed from school premises.
- Proper pruning of plants should be carried out to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Garbage should be disposed of appropriately at designated places.
- Classrooms, corridors, and school grounds must be kept clean at all times.
- School washrooms should be maintained in hygienic condition.
- Any damaged infrastructure must be repaired immediately.
- Walls and buildings should be painted (Paint) where required.
- Clean drinking water must be ensured for students.
- School surroundings should be free from waste materials and environmental hazards.
All partner schools are required to implement these instructions immediately. Strict monitoring will be carried out, and non-compliance may result in necessary action.
