The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), in collaboration with HUM TV, is pleased to announce the NIDO HUM Spelling Whizz Competition 2026 for partner schools across Punjab.
This exciting competition is designed to enhance students’ English vocabulary, spelling skills, and confidence, while providing a platform to showcase their academic excellence at provincial level.
Eligibility Criteria
- Group 1: Ages 8–11 years
- Group 2: Ages 12–14 years
- Students must be currently enrolled in PEF partner schools
Registration Process
- Registration fee: Rs. 2,000 per school
- Schools must complete registration via the official online form
- Last date to apply: 25 April 2026

Competition Structure
Pool Round
- Conducted at school level
- Word lists and materials will be provided
Regional Round
- Top students compete at divisional level
- Advanced vocabulary testing
Final Championship
- Finalists compete at provincial level
- Winners will be featured on HUM TV
Rules & Guidelines
- Competition will be conducted orally (spoken format)
- Each participant will be given equal opportunity
- Judges’ decision will be final
- Use of unfair means will result in disqualification

- Complete student data must be provided during registration
- Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted
