The Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has officially issued the registration notification for Grade 5 (Class 5) students appearing in the Annual Examination 2026-27.
According to the notification, the registration process will be conducted through the Item Bank System (IBS) for all government schools across Punjab.

Important Instructions
✅ School Heads must ensure that every student’s Date of Birth matches the online enrollment record.
✅ Any mistake or discrepancy in the Date of Birth will be the responsibility of the Head of the Institution.
✅ Age correction requests will only be processed according to the PECTAA rules and regulations.
✅ All schools must complete the registration process within the prescribed timeline.
✅ A recent passport-size photograph with a white background must be uploaded for every student.

Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of District Education Authorities (DEAs) have been directed to ensure that all school heads complete student registration within the stipulated timeframe.
Schools are advised to verify all student information carefully before final submission to avoid any future complications.
