Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister has directed Provincial Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat to personally teach one class every week in a government school as part of efforts to strengthen classroom engagement and improve the quality of education.
During a high-level meeting, the Chief Minister also reviewed the progress of the digital registration mechanism for private schools across Punjab. The initiative aims to enhance transparency, streamline registration procedures, and improve governance in the private education sector.
The meeting further discussed the regulation of tuition centers across the province. Authorities have been instructed to submit recommendations for a comprehensive registration framework for tuition centers to ensure quality standards and accountability.
Additionally, officials were directed to develop a digital mapping system for tuition centers, enabling better monitoring, planning, and policy implementation throughout Punjab.
The provincial government continues to introduce technology-driven reforms to modernize the education system and improve service delivery for students, parents, and educational institutions.
