All schools are informed that the registration process for Grade 8 students has commenced through the official online portal.

Registration Procedure:
1️⃣ Log in using your school’s EMS Code as both Username and Password.
2️⃣ After logging in, immediately change your password for security purposes.
3️⃣ From the Dashboard, click:
Manage → Manage Students
4️⃣ The list of all enrolled students will appear. Click the Edit option against each student’s name.
5️⃣ Student Profile will open containing:
• Student Name
• Father’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• B-Form Number
These fields are auto-filled but can be edited if required.
6️⃣ Select the following Optional Subjects:
📘 Subject Group 1:
• Islamiat OR Ethics
💻 Subject Group 2:
• Arabic OR Computer Science
🎨 Subject Group 3:
• Drawing
• Punjabi
• Agricultural Education
• Home Economics
• Other available options
7️⃣ Upload the student’s photograph:
• White Background
• Minimum Size: 10 KB
• Maximum Size: 25 KB
8️⃣ Change Status to Active and click Update to save the record.
⚠️ All schools are requested to complete the registration process carefully and ensure accurate student information for successful Grade 8 registration.
