The Directorate of PSRP-1 has issued an important message for all PEF licensees regarding the condition of school buildings, classrooms, furniture, cleanliness, and Geo-Tagging requirements.
According to the official instructions, during recent monitoring visits it was observed that several schools either do not have the required PEF signboard or the available board does not meet the prescribed standards. Licensees have been directed to install the official PEF board immediately as per the approved specifications.
In addition, all schools must ensure:
- School premises and playgrounds are completely clean.
- School buildings are properly maintained.
- 100% furniture is available for all students and teachers.
- Any missing facilities should be arranged immediately.
- Schools should comply with all PEF infrastructure requirements before inspection.

All licensees operating in school buildings are instructed to upload the latest Geo-Tagged photographs of:
- PEF Signboard
- School Building
- School Playground
- School Surroundings
These images should be uploaded to the designated portal as soon as possible.
PEF has advised all partner schools to complete these arrangements immediately to ensure compliance with quality standards and avoid any issues during monitoring visits.
