Promotion of PSTs (Female) to EST – Arts, Science & Arabic

The Office of the District Education Officer (W-EE), Gujranwala has issued an official notification regarding the promotion of Primary School Teachers (PSTs) (Female) of all cadres to Elementary School Teacher (EST) in Arts, Science, and Arabic categories.

Eligible PSTs are hereby directed to submit their promotion applications along with complete required documents within the stipulated time.

Eligibility Criteria

PSTs (Female) possessing the following qualifications are eligible to apply:

• Arts: BS / M.A with B.Ed / M.Ed / M.A Education (at least 2nd Division)

• Science: B.Sc (Math A, Math B & Physics / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry) with B.Ed / M.Ed / M.A Education (at least 2nd Division)

• Arabic: M.A Arabic or B.A + Shahadat-ul-Aalmia with B.Ed / M.Ed / M.A Education (at least 2nd Division)

Required Documents

Applicants must submit a complete file containing:

1. CNIC copy

2. Application (Name, Father’s Name, Signature & Mobile Number)

3. Synopsis

4. Last three years’ result

5. No inquiry / no demand / no punishment certificate

6. Attested copies of educational qualifications & domicile

7. Degree verification

8. Date of entry into Government Service (first joining & present joining)

9. Order of regular grade as PST

10. Transfer / Inter-district transfer orders (if applicable)

11. ACRs of last five years

12. Copy of service book (attested)

Important Dates

• Arts Teachers (Female): Apply up to 31-12-2003 (Regular Date: 19-10-2009)

• Science Teachers (Female): Apply up to 31-12-2014 (Regular Date: 31-12-2019)

• Arabic Teachers: Apply up to 31-12-2019

All applications must reach the office of the undersigned by 01-02-2026.

Important Instructions

• All documents and the service book copy must be attested by the Head of Institution.

• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
