The Government of Punjab, Higher Education Department (HED), has announced the opening of the 1st Phase of the E-Transfer Round (Open Merit) 2026 in accordance with the Transfer Policy, 2024.
Eligible officers can submit their transfer applications through the HED Punjab Mobile App according to the following schedule:
The Higher Education Department has advised applicants to submit their applications within the prescribed timeline and regularly check the CIS website and HED Punjab Mobile App for updates regarding merit and transfer proceedings.
The department has further emphasized that officers who apply through the e-Transfer/general transfer process and subsequently fail to join their respective stations after transfer/posting will be dealt with strictly under the relevant rules.
