The Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has officially announced the Grade 8 Registration Schedule for the academic session 2026-27. All government schools are required to complete student registration online through the Item Bank System (IBS) Portal.
Registration Schedule
- Registration Start Date: 25 May 2026
- Registration Closing Date: 08 July 2026
School Heads are advised to verify and prepare all student records before accessing the portal to ensure a smooth registration process.
IBS Portal Login Process
- Visit the official IBS Portal.
- Enter your school’s username and password.
- Open the “Grade 8 Enrollment” section.
- Enter student information and complete registration.
If login credentials are unavailable, contact the relevant District Education Office (DEO) or District Education Authority (DEA) immediately.
Important Instructions
- Student Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth (DOB), and B-Form Number must be entered accurately.
- Date of Birth must match the Admission Register and B-Form.
- A recent passport-size photograph of every student is mandatory.
- School Heads will be responsible for any incorrect information submitted.
