2. Head Markers Accounts (08)
i. Internal Head Markers – PECTAA Subject Specialists (04)
Responsible for selecting subject e-markers in accordance with the approved selection criteria.
Will conduct quality assurance by reviewing 10–20% of the online marking completed by each subject e-marker.
ii. External Head Markers – Outside PECTAA (04)
Will independently review 10–20% of the online marking completed by subject-wise e-markers to ensure transparency and accuracy.
3. Super E-Markers (07)
The following officials will have dashboard access solely for monitoring the progress of marking activities and tracking completion status:

iv. Director (Assessment & Examination)

4. Post-Selection Process
After selection of e-markers by Subject Specialists/Head Markers:
Mock marking exercises will be assigned to shortlisted e-markers for final evaluation and selection.
Online training sessions will be conducted by the e-marking firm to ensure standardized marking practices.
A time-monitoring mechanism will be incorporated to discourage the use of AI-assisted marking.
Additional safeguards and monitoring measures will also be implemented to prevent AI-based online marking and maintain the integrity of the LSA process.
